Irvine Spectrum

At the center of one of the most accelerated growth areas in Orange County, the Spectrum Drive Center is on the fourth floor of a 15-story, class A building that was a BOMA building of the year. The 8001 Irvine Center Drive offices have good access to both the 5 and 405 freeways, and are situated directly opposite the Irvine Spectrum Center, a retail and entertainment complex. Locally there are many technology companies, including Hewlett Packard, Canon, Unisys, Rockwell and Toshiba, as well as automotive firms and financial companies. Other corporates in Irvine cover the medical and education/research sectors and are major employers in the city. The Irvine Transportation Center provides daily AMTRAK and Metrolink services.
